Company Overview ::

Revere was founded upon the belief that superior investment decisions are based on two key factors.  The first is how, when, and where companies create value.  The second is how value is transferred throughout the supply chain into the marketplace.

Experience has shown that investors who use Revere benefit from being able to go deep inside of companies -- determining a company’s ability to create and transfer value across industries, sectors, and sub-sectors, as well as more precisely grouping the products and services they produce.  By establishing these deep connections across all U.S. and Canadian-traded companies and adding overseas equity players around the globe, Revere’s software, datafeed, and index products offer investment professionals and other types of users unprecedented visibility into the capital markets.  With these insights, users are better able to identify and capitalize on companies and sectors.

Revere's patented product-based classification system provides the most detailed and accurate mapping available of where companies compete.  With this foundation, additional critical characteristics such as their product portfolios and pipelines, key business relationships, sources of revenue by product or geography, and important events can be integrated to enhance the discovery process, ideally leading to well-constructed portfolios and profitable investment decisions.

Revere’s datafeed products form the core of the Revere business. Some users-- particularly leading investment management, institutional sales, trading and content management professionals-- integrate Revere datafeeds into their own internal models, algorithms, applications and/or systems.  Others users prefer to purchase these same datafeeds packaged in a powerful suite of Revere-branded equity research and real time market data software.

Since 2005, Revere has been licensing its 1,200+ proprietary equity-based indexes to stock exchanges and fund sponsors.  Today, assets under management linked to Revere-based indexes have grown to over $1.7 billion. The launch of options on a selection of these indexes now provides an additional umbrella of safety to investors wanting to allocate funds into specific sectors, investment themes, or risk-tolerance levels.

Revere Data is headquartered in San Francisco with commercial offices in New York and Washington, DC, as well as research and engineering offices in Asia and Eastern Europe.
