New Wal-Mart Supplier ETF Set to Launch Friday ::
November 30, 2007
New ETF Gives Investors Exposure to World’s Leading Retailer With Additional Benefits
NEW YORK, November 30, 2007 - Trading begins today in the FocusShares ISE-REVERE Wal-Mart Supplier Index Fund (NYSE Arca: WSI) ETF on the New York Stock Exchange. The new ETF is a useful tool for investors seeking to gain exposure to Wal-Mart sales while attempting to minimize other factors affecting the world’s largest retailer. This product was developed in response to investor interest in unlocking the value created by Wal-Mart suppliers even as the company’s stock has not kept pace with many of its benchmarks over the past three years. For more than a year, investors have been able to buy options based on the ISE-Revere Wal-Mart Supplier Index (symbol: WMX). FocusShares has developed other ETFs based on indexes created by the International Securities Exchange (NYSE:ISE), which in turn has relied upon information and data provided by Revere Data LLC for some of its products.
In back testing for more than three years, the new WSI ETF has significantly outperformed the company stock and has more closely correlated with Wal-Mart sales than Wal-Mart’s stock price, thereby giving investors another access point into this pivotal market leader.
FocusShares, ISE and Revere collaborated on a rigorous screening process of all publicly traded companies that identify Wal-Mart as a customer in regulatory filings as well as public statements by Wal-Mart. These candidates were further evaluated using several other metrics resulting in a basket of 30 stocks that serves as the basis for the ETF. Names include: Del Monte Foods, Hanesbrands, Kellogg, and Mattel.
“We welcome the opportunity to work with FocusShares and the International Securities Exchange to assist investors to evaluate and reach market segments more easily and accurately,’Brien, Chief Executive Officer of Revere Data said. “Using our unparalleled research methodology, we were able to identify a basket of Wal-Mart suppliers that give investors the ability to implement investment premises more efficiently and with great reliability on the world’s premier stock exchange.”

Legal Notice
Nothing herein shall be deemed to constitute an offer or solicitation of an offer to buy or sell securities. There can be no assurance that the FocusShares ISE-REVERE Wal-Mart Supplier Index Fund (the “Fund”) will achieve its investment objective. An investment in the Fund is subject to investment risk, which is the possible loss of the entire principal amount that you invest. There is a risk that the value of the securities held by the Fund will fall due to general market and economic conditions. The market value of securities of companies that supply Wal-Mart may be affected by numerous factors, including, but not limited to, global competition, supply and demand issues, and safety or health laws and regulations. As the Fund is focused on companies that are suppliers of WalMart, it may be subject to more risks than if it were broadly diversified over numerous industries and sectors of the economy. The Fund’s investments in non-U.S. issuers may involve unique risks compared to investing in securities of U.S. issuers, including, among others, greater market volatility than U.S. securities and less complete financial information than for U.S. issuers. Investment in securities of issuers based in developing or “emerging market” countries entails a heightened degree of risk. Non-diversified ETFs invest a greater portion of assets in securities of individual issuers than a diversified ETF and therefore, may cause greater volatility. ETFs are not “actively” managed and would not necessarily sell a stock because the stock’s issuer was in financial trouble unless that stock is removed from the index. ETFs are subject to potential tracking errors and returns may not match the returns of the index. ETFs that focus on small and medium-sized companies generally experience greater price volatility and risk than investing in more established companies. In addition to the risks described above, there are certain other risks related to investing in ETFs. Please read the prospectus for more detailed information. Investors should consider the investment objectives and policies, risk considerations, charges and expenses of the ETF carefully before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information relevant to an investment in the Fund. Investors should read the prospectus carefully before investing or sending money.
