During the fiscal year ended July 3, 2010, (fiscal 2010), these segments accounted for approximately 47%, 37% and 16% of its revenues respectively. In May 2010, JDSU completed the acquisition of the Network Solutions Division (NSD) of Agilent Technologies, Inc. (Agilent).
