On June 25, 2010, it acquired XTO Energy Inc. by merging a wholly owned subsidiary of ExxonMobil with and into XTO. In October 2010, Global Partners LP acquired retail gasoline stations from Exxon Mobil. In June 2011, the Company acquired Phillips Resources.
